Return and exchange policy
Returns, exchanges and refunds:
- The consumer has the right to return in the event that the specifications do not match and include the main and important points to be aware of, or there is a defect in the product. Within (7) days of receiving the product, you can request a “refund of payments / product” to return the product to the Miss Catchy store. And in the event of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction during the replacement period, please contact the customer service via WhatsApp and report the malfunction so that we can send a return policy, and start the procedures for returning the money.
In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to the incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional charges for the shipping service or bank transfer fees will be charged. In the event of returns for other reasons, (the customer needs to change the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), the customer will be charged the value of loading and unloading at 2% of the invoice value
When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and instructions included, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have scratches or have been damaged due to misuse, Kaci has the right to agree to accept returns for products that do not meet the above criteria.

Basic terms and requirements to return any item:
- The original purchase invoice must be attached.
- The return request is available within 7 days from the date of receiving the request, subject to the above conditions
- The product(s) is in its original condition, not opened as purchased, original labels, tags and packaging not removed.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect in any product, you must contact the customer service at the Miss Caciu website to report the product defect on the WhatsApp number
- Personal care products cannot be exchanged or returned.
6. In the event that you paid through electronic payment methods (using a credit card), the refund value will be returned to the account of the used card minus any fees or commissions that were deducted by the card service providers for this process. This amount can appear / be reflected in the card account within a period that may reach a maximum of a month, depending on the speed of the procedures of the issuing bank of the card.
7. In the event of a return without a clear reason, the value of the return will be returned to your bank account sent to customer service minus the shipping fees, after the order arrives at our warehouse within a period that may reach a maximum of one month .

We thank you for choosing Miss Catchy to purchase your favorite products and we are pleased to serve you. Sometimes your mind may change about the products you have purchased, not you. We at Miss Kachi will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:
1 - Purchase return or exchange policy
- This policy applies to the product being in its closed packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
- All accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging upon return.
Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same type.
- Products that have been installed are not exchanged or returned in any way.
2 - Procedures and locations for return and exchange:
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning the products.
3 - Return methods:
- The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace it with another product according to the customer's choice.
- To recover the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be recovered through the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) working days, and the customer must follow the payment procedures through the bank branch that deals with him.
4 - Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:
Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
Failure to match the serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as recorded in the purchase invoice.
All personal care products.
Usually about 2-3 weeks. Full refunds will be given within 3-5 business days after we receive and process the returned product.
What are the terms of returning products?
Return process requirements:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- The method of refunding the value of the product that suits you, and any additional information that follows (personal identification number as an example in the case of a cash refund) and the bank account number.
- Please contact our customer service within 24 hours if you receive a damaged/incomplete product during the shipping process. In this case, all products are returned in addition to the free gifts attached. If not all products are returned, the return will be rejected.
